How To Verify an Always Beyond Technician
Anyone can claim to be from your IT provider. Some will know your name, your company, even the ticket you opened this morning. So we don't ask you to judge whether a caller sounds legitimate. We give you a way to check.
Verify Before You Act
Before you grant remote access, reset a password, approve a multi-factor prompt, or share anything about your systems, verify the person you're speaking to.
Whether you called us or we called you. Whether it's the first time or the fiftieth.
How It Works (About 30 Seconds)
- Text #verify to 833-515-2347 from your mobile. This has to come from you, not from anyone on the call.
- We text back a 6-digit code. Keep it to yourself.
- Ask the caller to read the code to you. A real Always Beyond technician will have it on screen.
- If it matches, text #confirm to the same number. That closes the loop and logs the verification on your account.
Standard text message rates apply.
Two Rules That Make This Work
If The Code Doesn't Match, Or They Can't Give You One...
Hang up. Don't feel awkward about it.
Our team expects this and will never push back on it.
Then call us at (403) 768-3173 or email support@alwaysbeyond.com and tell us what happened. If someone is impersonating us, we want to know in minutes, not next week.
We May Verify You, Too
Attackers also call service desks pretending to be a client. If one of our technicians asks you to confirm your identity before making a change, that's the same protection running in the other direction.
Save The Number Before You Need It
One More Thing
Last updated: August 26th, 2026
Our verification number will only ever change through a notice on this page and a direct message from your named Always Beyond account manager. If anyone gives you a different verification number by phone, email, or text, it's not us.
